Overview

Setpoint (setpoint.io) is building the next-generation infrastructure for asset-backed lending, starting with real estate. Asset-backed lending is a complex process with numerous factors to manage. It includes various documents, stakeholders, vendors, and facilities. Today, the process is managed through spreadsheets and email with a high human error rate; this can have a considerable monetary impact on both the lender and the borrower. Setpoint streamlines an asset-backed loan application by improving automated document collection, collateral loan verification, and instant and accurate borrowing base calculations. By improving these factors, Setpoint reduces overall human error, reducing the process from 4-6 days to a 40-minute cycle.
