Jon Smith is a Principal on 645 Ventures’ Investment & Research team. He partners with new and existing portfolio founders across healthcare, proptech, fintech, and web3.

It was through Jon’s professional experiences that he uncovered his deep passion for technology and entrepreneurship. Jon was a founding member of Nickson Living and previously served on an investment team at Goldman Sachs.

In his free time, you can find Jon flying down any scenic bike trail or fervently searching AllTrails for the best hikes in the area. As a former collegiate athlete, he relives his glory days through pickup sports games around San Francisco.

Jon received his B.A. from the College of the Holy Cross and his MBA from Harvard Business School.
