Parul Singh is an Investment Partner on 645 Venture’s Investment & Research team. She invests across the AI stack — software, developer tools, and infrastructure. She writes checks, and code.
Parul is a builder who wandered into venture capital. She spent a decade as a full-stack developer and product manager, including stints at the New York Times, Inc. Magazine, and Fast Company, and founded a learning analytics company along the way. She's had beeper duty. She moved into investing at Founder Collective, where she sourced or led investments in Verkada, Pillpack, Flatfile, and Smalls. As a Partner at Initialized Capital, she invested in Cofertility, Glass Health, Stellar Sleep, and Paradime. True to form, she's spent the last year deep in the agent stack — tinkering with AI agents and standing up a founder marketing agency from scratch. When she's not building, Parul is eating her way across the Bay Area, hiking NorCal trails, and making video games with her tweens (who are tougher code reviewers than any engineer she's worked with).
Parul received an AB cum laude in Government from Harvard University and an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management.
