Blair Flicker joined 645 Ventures as a Senior Advisor in January 2024.  He primarily works with 645 on matters relating to firm operations and management.

Prior to joining 645, Blair was General Counsel and a Managing Director at Insight Partners. He worked at Insight from 2001 through 2023 and managed all legal activities of the firm. Before joining Insight, he worked at Johnson & Johnson in New Brunswick, NJ for nine years, and was previously an associate at the law firm of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom.

Blair received a BA in Economics from Tufts University, a JD from Columbia Law School, and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
