Overview
FairStreet (thefairstreet.com) is building a new startup Medicare agency that helps independent agents grow faster, work more efficiently, and ultimately provide more value to their end customers. Agents today use pen, paper and Excel so their growth and scale are limited. FairStreet initially created a purpose-built CRM tool, specifically tailored for the every needs and pains of these agents.
Investment Rationale
We invested in FairStreet because we see a major opportunity to improve the onboarding process for Medicare clients. Currently the process for Medicare is opaque and antiquated. In order to alleviate these burdens, Medicare members traditionally leverage independent brokers to help navigate the onboarding process. While this has partially solved the problem for consumers, we believe Medicare agents continue to struggle with out-dated technology and support.
