Cristal Gonzalez is the Executive Assistant and Office Manager for 645 Ventures. In her role she is responsible for keeping an office running smoothly and overseeing administrative support by assisting key company executives with scheduling, organization and other administrative tasks.
Cristal grew up in New York, always showing love for computers. Instead of toys for her birthday, she would ask for computer parts. While attending college, she worked as a tech for Best Buy’s Geek Squad and then joined the Apple Genius Bar team. That's where she learned she loved helping people through technology and how much of an impact it had on people's lives.
Upon graduation she worked as an Operations Manager at Urban Outfitters all throughout New York, where she worked closely with the teams making sure they were all staffed and the retail locations were running properly. Her role there led her to become an Office manager / Executive assistant in the fast paced business of Real Estate Private Equity, where she found her calling in supporting teams, running a successful office environment and helping managing executives. Before joining 645, she spent time as a C-level Executive assistant / Office Manager at Hudson Capital Properties and Cohen Brothers Realty.
In her free time she loves exploring the city's culinary scene (it is her guilty pleasure), taking family trips, and making sure to get in a dance break or two!
Cristal received her BA in Business-Fashion Merchandising from NYC College of Technology / Fashion Institute of New York.
