As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer at 645 Ventures, Britt is responsible for developing the in-house platform, Voyager, for sourcing, researching, and managing deals. She also advises on software infrastructure, developer tools, and climate tech investments.
Previously, Britt led the development of data pipelines at Camus Energy, which provides system-wide visibility and advanced control for the distributed energy future for grid operators and energy providers. She built trust and safety tooling and infrastructure for microservice events and observability at Medium. At The New York Times, Britt created live coverage publishing platforms for the Olympics, State of the Union addresses, and various red carpet events as well as modernized the newsroom photography stack.
Britt earned a Bachelor of Arts in Fine Arts from the University of Pennsylvania and later studied Computer and Information Technology at the same institution. She lives in Washington, DC with her wife.
