Meha Patel is a Vice President on 645 Ventures’ Investment & Research team. In this role, she partners with new and existing portfolio founders within the fintech, healthcare, and enterprise software categories.
Previously, Meha served on Zocdoc’s strategy and finance team, where she spent two years helping scale the fast-growing startup and witnessing firsthand the challenges operators must overcome along the way. Prior to Zocdoc, she began her career as an investment banking analyst at Goldman Sachs in the healthcare group. In between many sleepless nights, she began to appreciate the impact technology could have on slow-moving and highly regulated industries such as healthcare, and decided to leave the structured world of finance for the wild wild west that is startups.
A native of the beautiful state of New Jersey, Meha enjoys reading fantasy novels, practicing yoga, and exploring new restaurants in downtown Manhattan in her free time.
Meha received a B.S. in Finance and Economics from N.Y.U, and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, with concentrations in Entrepreneurship and Strategy.
