Blair Flicker

Blair Flicker joined 645 Ventures in January 2024. Prior to joining 645 Ventures, Blair was a Managing Director and General Counsel at Insight Partners. He worked at Insight from 2001 through 2023 and managed all legal activities of the firm. Prior to joining Insight, Blair worked at Johnson & Johnson in New Brunswick, NJ for nine years, and before that was an associate at the law firm of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom. Blair received a BA in Economics from Tufts University, a JD from Columbia Law School, and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
